Actress and Singer Hilary Duff was born in Houston, Texas on September 28th 1987. She got her start with a small role in the made for TV movie, True Women. Her sister, actress Haylie Duff, also was in True Women. She is best known as Lizzie McGuire from the Disney series Lizzie McGuire. More recently Hilary Duff stars in the movie Safety Glass and did voice-over work for the animated feature film Foodfight!
