Meredith Baxter was born on June 21st 1947 in South Pasadena, CA. Her mother appeared on the sitcom Hazel. Meredith Baxter first appeared in an episode of the Partridge Family with David Cassidy and Susan Dey. In 1976 she starred in the sitcom Family with Kristy McNichol. She is still best known for her role as Elyse Keaton in the sitcom Family Ties in 1982 which also starred Justine Bateman and Tina Yothers. In 2003 she starred in Devil's Pond with Tara Reid.
