Brett Butler was born in Montgomery, Alabama on January 30th 1958. She started out as a comedienne who got into showbiz as a writer for the Dolly Parton show called Dolly in 1987. In 1993 she was cast as Grace Kelly in the successful sitcom Grace Under Fire. Brett Butler has appeared as a guest on numerous sitcoms including Ellen with Ellen Degeneres and Clea Lewis and the sitcom The Drew Carey Show with Christa Miller. She appeared with Paula Poundstone in The Comedy Hall of Fame and Comic Relief VI. |
