Kirstie Alley was born in Wichita, Kansas on the 12th of January 1951. She got her start as a contestant on a game show called Match Game in 1979. Her first paid acting job was on an episode of The Love Boat in 1984. In 1987 she replaced Shelley Long on the sitcom Cheers starring Ted Danson and Bebe Neuwirth. In 1983 she married actor Parker Stevenson, they had two children, and divorced in 1997. In 1984 Kirstie Alley appeared nude in the movie Blind Date. She also appeared with Patricia Richardson in the movie Marilyn Monroe. She currently is starring on Fat Actress. |
